This brand new 3 bedroom detached villa is situated in an enviable location,directly overlooking the fabulous sandy beach and fishing harbour at Ayia Triada. The villa has three good sized bedrooms all fully air conditioned, two of which have there own balconies.

Bedrooms:  
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and a patio door leading onto a balcony with table and chairs.

Bedroom 2 with sea view has twin beds ( which can be pushed together if required ) with fitted wardrobes and a patio door leading onto a balcony with table and chairs.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds fitted wardrobes and stunning sea view.

Bathrooms:
The fully tiled family bathroom has bath with overhead shower, wc, wash basin and vanity unit.

Downstairs fully tiled cloakroom has wc and wash basin.

Kitchen:
New luxury Italian designer fitted kitchen with Granite worktops and large breakfast bar incorporating double fridges.

Fully equipped with Oven, hob,dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and all crockery, cutlery and utensils you might need.

Patio doors from the kitchen lead to the pool area which has sea views

Lounge:
Large open plan lounge area consisting of  two three seater sofas ( one doubles as a sofa bed). Facilities include TV , DVD , Playstation 2 , ( Bring your own preference of games!!) and a selection of games and books.

All areas are remote controlled air conditioned for cooling or heating as required.

Patio/Pool :
There is a large Patio area with built in traditional barbeque, patio table with parasol , chairs and sun loungers. The Pool is 8 metres long x 4 metres wide and has its own built in steps. The pool and the surrounding patio areas have their own lighting . An outside pool shower is also provided. Ther is also a terrace area at the front of the villa

Car Parking :
The Villa has its own drive and shaded car port for up to two cars

Housekeeping :
The Villa will be cleaned once per stay, and bedlinen and towels will be changed weekly.( Please bring your own beach towels to use around the pool area and on the beach). The pool will be cleaned and checked twice a week.

We are unable to accept bookings for all male or female groups. Our villa caters for families and couples only.
