Seafront Villas Booking Terms

      On receipt of you enquiry will we forward a booking form for you to complete in full and return to us for confirmation. Your reservation is dependant on receipt of your deposit to secure the booking. The booking form contains details of deposit requirements, cancellation details, and insurance requirements. The total number of guests must not exceed the number of people named on the booking form.

      The villa will be available for you to occupy after 3.00pm on your day of arrival and will need to be vacated at 12.00pm on your day of departure. These times may be varied subject to other bookings and would need to be requested on your booking form.

      The charges for the villa are weekly and any extra days would be charged on a pro rata basis.  Electric, water, and air conditioning / heating are all included in the rental charge. The villa has a DVD player, playstaion 2, and TV which only receives local stations.

      The swimming pool is generally available between May and October. Please check with us if your booking is outside this period to see if the pool can be made available for use.

      Seafront Villas cannot accept liability for any accidents in or around the pool area. Supervision for any members of the party especially young children is the responsibility of the occupier. It is imperative that appropriate insurance cover is taken out to cover every eventuality.

      The Villa will be cleaned for your arrival. If you require additional cleaning this can be arranged and paid locally by the renter. All bedding and towels are provided. (Please bring your own towels for use on the beach and around the pool)

      If you have any specific requests we will endeavour to fulfil these. Any requests need to be included in writing when the booking is made. We cannot guarantee that requests will be fulfilled but will confirm either way before your departure.

      We reserve the right to carry out any maintenance or repairs. Please enquire at the time of booking regarding any possible building or construction work. Seafront Villas will not accept any responsibility for any affect this may have on you or your holiday.
